    Thanks for the article it was a really good read, very comforting because I used to clock watch for feeding but have stopped doing that. I seem to have managed to gain a nice little stockpile of lots of small amounts of milk that combined make a few feeds. I figure if I just keep doing that there will always be something there for if I have to go out. Thanks for all the advice and info it's been really awesome.

    Haven't tried any lactation cookies. I don't think I have a supply issue though because the boy is putting on weight nicely, just ask my back!

    It's great you don't have a supply issue I was more thinking if you could up your supply it would be easier to pump
