    Default Itchy skin after Thailand?

I got back from Thailand 6 days ago and since being back, I am so itchy. I don't really have a rash but the skin on my arms is red and sort of bumpy. Kind of looks like I have goosebumps. It feels a bit rough as well.
I thought it would have gone away by now but it hasn't.
Has this happened to anyone else? If it's not gone in a few days I'll go to the doctor but I was hoping to hear that it's d normal thing and will just go away.

Maybe it's going from a warm humid climate to a cold dry climate... My son has this problem all winter.
Sorry can't say from experience however if your worried you should definitely see a doctor.

I think that was exactly what's happened. It's getting better now but even my sinuses are all dried out and I've been blowing blood...sorry...TMI.

Poor thing... That happens to me when the cold weather starts... Like my nostrils have to climatise to winter....

    I'm glad it's feeling a bit better
