    Default Menstrual cramps after pregnancy.

    Hi ladies.
Ive just been visited by AF for the second time since giving birth. Now. Everything is back to normal with it. (On time, not too much or too little) But the cramping is extremely bad compared to before I fell pregnant.
Is this a thing? I understand while retraction is happening expect cramps but that was months ago. These are 'normal' period cramps. I didn't really have much pain before. Now it's 'maybe I should take some panadol'. (Which is a big thing for me, I take no meds unless COMPLETELY needed)
If this is the way things are now is there anything I can do about it to try and ease it down a little or even make it go back to how it was. (Exercise etc)
Any insight would be muchly appreciated.

My first few were quite heavy and painful, but it subsided after a few months.

Your body is still adjusting, it may take a couple of months to sort itself out. It can feel like puberty all over again.
