Default Fetal pole or not? Ultrasound help

    IMAG1792.jpg

My scan two days ago the tech was unsure if the thickening part on the right of yolk sac may be the fetal pole, in the end she decided it wasn't, however I'm thinking it really looks like it may be! What would you say?
I am measuring behind, am actually meant to be 6+5 when this was done, so not looking good. I charted so know my ovulation date.
