    Congrats @Kristyj!!

Yes, @ttc1981, I'm using it, but haven't hit a wonder week while using it - will be interested to see what happens in 5 days, that's when we're due one! Haha

Hey Ttc- I am and yes it does seem to be spot on....hoping so anyway! We are in leap 2 and This waking every 45 mins is driving me insane!

havent caught up with the thread at all lately as my lovelies are either double teaming or tag teaming me, so apologies for the lack of anything.

hope everyone is surviving- we have evening screaming matches still, so any hints on how to settle babies that won't sleep and then get so overtired that the cycle continues? Lay them on me Please!!

Ruby what about white noise? We use "womb" on SoundSleeper here, works a treat when he's overtired. That and movement. I hold him close against and sit up on the bed and rock in a big slow circle

We are leap 2 as well as go by her due date and just coming out of the storm haha and literally she's happier it is spot on... we have the same issues at night so overtired won't go down... so tonight I put her in the ergo carrier walked around the block and she's been down for 3 hours... we also have had her in her own room but I am tonight moving her back into our room to see if that helps with getting her to sleep longer and saving me as going to her room fully Wakes me... so hopefully this way it's all in our room and makes life easier...

I've noticed that Lachlan sleeps better if I notice the tired signs earlier... pretty much as soon as I see him yawn, he is swaddled with dummy and he goes straight to sleep. I was also given aome guidelines on sleep. Between 8-12 weeks bibs should be awake 1-1.5hrs (looking for tired signs at 1hr) and asked for up to 3hrs. These are guidelines only. Lachlan shows he is tired but only sleeps for 1.5hr so it obviously depends on the baby.

I must say though, with dd I was hopeless at noticing tired signs as they can be masked by other signs. Much easier to notice second time around.

Yep agree - if they've been awake for over an hour (including feed) and you struggle to get them down then it's probably too late. Try sooner and they'll likely sleep better.
