@barca that is weird, mine didn't do anything. @MrsTugs that's great news
@peedy I second what mrstugs said for every average there have to be people below and above. If bubs was too big they'd be stressing about how to deliver...

I had my final appointment today before the section on Monday. Bubs is 37w 5d acc. to IVF date but his head measured at 41w so yeah The boy has a big head at least according to the ultrasound, which may not be accurate.

i have been having loads of pain, apparently that is him engaging.

It all feels surreal. I held a onesie in front of my bump today and asked DH can you believe this is inside me? And he is like no. I'm like me neither

Norgirl what types of pains are you having? I had quite a bit last night or at least very very uncomfortable. I couldn't sit still and felt so much pressure in my lower tummy. I wondered if it was him engaging. I'm 37 weeks tomorrow

Thanks for support ladies. It's the only appointment I've ever walked out of with Dr R as my FS or OB where I've felt worried. It's probably because I didn't sleep well last night.

I was in heaps of pain too! My hips, pelvis and back were so sore and I had braxton hicks which didn't hurt as such but weren't comfortable. . Maybe it was a full moon last night or something.

OMG MrsTugs! So darn cute. Did H like it? My stepson used to swing in it for ages and gaze at himself in the mirror. So happy to see it being used!

    He didn't, no
But to be fair, all he wants to do is feed. He's been feeding for 5 hours straight. Literally.

like stabbing pain in my cervix and loads of pressure. Cramp like pain. Back pain. Sciatic nerve pain alternating between both legs, like hitting my funny bone or electricity shooting down my leg. It hits me suddenly for maybe 15-20 minutes then passes. Lying down helps, maybe because he can't bear down without gravity? It's ok but just so unpredictable, it makes me think twice re leaving the house.
@MrsTugs that is so cute. But 5 hours... No wonder he is growing nicely
