ways felt like I'd got the dose after I could taste it in my throat. Also, it doesn't count your dosages so you can keep spraying forever and it will be empty without you realising. I kept a tally with black marker on the box. That way I knew my dosage amounts and when I needed a new one. Milk helped kill the taste.

I've just done my second dose and I don't feel like I'm doing it right. As soon as I've pumped it I feel like there is liquid dribbling out my nose and I'm sniffing and trying to put my head back as quick as I can..is this normal? Also it's making me sneeze!!! I'm worried I'm not getting the proper dose. ,
thanks everyone this is really stressing me out, I think I'd rather another injection than this tbh..
What I do is I tilt my head forward a bit look towards my feet and cover one nostril put it in the other nostril spray and sniff at the same time then lift your head look to the sky. I usually keep sniffing and i keep the other nostril covered. Then repeat in other nostril.
Did you prime it properly before you first used it? Only before first use you need to prime it as per the instructions to get it working properly.
If you sneeze in a certain time after you spray re do it. I am fairly sure it says it on the instructions as well sorry I threw mine out otherwise I'd check them but it was 15 mins or half an hour. I sneezed a couple of times I just re did it.

Yes the taste it will taste like you drank some alcahol hand sanitizer.
I used to get an instant head ache too with it. Yes it was vile.

I often wonder if I'm doing it right too. If I sneeze I just hold my nose so nothing comes out. I also know from experience that it's hard to tell when the bottle is empty as it weighs the same full or empty. Once in awhile I'll spray it in the air so I can see something coming out. Often I can't taste it at all.
