AFM still light brown spotting. I too am over worrying about it. It's exhausting and draining and affecting every aspect of my existence at the moment. My OB appointment is Friday morning and what will be will be!

I found out from the clinic I'm having a boy. I'd out the request last week before the spotting started and it came through yesterday. Had I already been spotting then I wouldn't have asked and now I'm building a picture in my mind of a real baby

I still feel and think everything is going to be ok with your LO Luv I really do

A hey Luv???? I know you don't want to jump the gun but I want to congratulate you and DH, I can't help it!!! Can I just do a little for now???

@Arianasmum - Gosh hun things are moving fast how are you feeling about it all or has it been too much to process just yet? Good luck xx
@pingc383 - I agree with @Molros hun it will definitely be better to grow the follies out to day 5 Warren will tell you that straight out. Is that something you would like to try to see how they develop between day 3 and 5?
@Green lady - Its been so stressful for you with the bleeding hun really hoping you get some answers and more support from your ob appointment. Congratulations on your little boy hun hoping things settle down for you soon so you can start to relax and look at buying blue. Thanks for your supportive words again hun, I definitely try to think of your story to keep me going. I will have to speak to the nurses on Friday to plan my transfer so not sure if I will get an update then. Over the weekend I presume I can only hear from the embryologists at the lab, I dont like getting results from them as something they aren't as careful with how they pass on the info and are straight to the point as obviously they are very busy people.
@Billie2 - Its good your numbers are still rising hun but I have been there its awful waiting for each bt x

@JulieMalooley gosh those bubs are cuties!!! Wow, I too am sending you a massive warm hug, you've been through the absolute ringer and I'm really sorry it's been such a slog. You sound like you are in a much better place and make sure you get every single bit of help from anyone and everyone including the govt you can. Lovely to see you pop your head in and show off your munchkins xx

@faithandhopellove those cheeks are so pinchable!! Gorgeous bubby. I too can only imagine what a lot of work it is to be a mum, it scares me!! Xx

@Blossom74 you're totally right about the judgemental attitude people have to "sensational news". The media loves a good headline so much of the time you need to read the fine print to get the full picture. I like how you've seen it from another perspective.
@Tahli I hope you find your earring, i wear the same kind and would be upset to lose them. I'm not an earring type of girl but love a classic small diamond (or large!!)

@Billie2 great news!! I don't think there is anything to suggest there is a problem, when are you going to see your next "new" GP

i do have to agree about 63 being over the limit for bringing a child into the world in my opinion. It's not to say they wouldn't be amazing parents I think it's more the fact that you are potentially bringing that child into a world of age related illness etc especially given the fact that the father is 78. But who knows, she could live til she's 100 and he could go for a while yet too. I haven't seen or read anything about the story but would hope to be well and truly happy with my life without children by that age if that was my fate. Never say never though right.

We had our last session of counselling with our donor and hubby on Skype this afternoon. I had to work today unusually so was trying to make it from manly to the city by car in too short a time (F.U. school zones!) so ended up having to park in the CBD. It cost $52 for just over an hours parking! (Wonder if they're owned by GENEA??!!) I was a stressed out idiot by the time I arrived but DH was calming me down, and our session was great. Really, our donor and her hubby are just the loveliest people, I nearly shed a tear in the session and even the counsellor commented and commended them on how wonderful their attitudes are to the whole thing! I used to believe things happened for a reason before this whole infertility Sh!tstorm started happening and they really have restored some of that feeling back inside me again. We feel like we have a new extended family. Sorry for the long post but sometimes out of a frucking never ending nightmare comes a supersonic rainbow

Ha ha thanks hun funnily enough they don't come anywhere near me now either. It's been 6 months since our "mediation" session where we made an agreement of no communication. @tuxcat that's lovely to read your post made me teary and not the part about the parking costs either. Your donors sound beautiful @Billie2 what can I say I know where you are I know your thoughts, mist of us do but truly I think your numbers are good and really hope you can take it easy until Mondays BT. I know it's easier said than done though x

@Charlie74 I know. Our news and tv screens and cinema screens are filled with murder, crime, sickness, volatile people being locked up or in jail.. And then there's these two married lovebirds skyping in their homely messy bedroom to help 2 people they hardly know have a family of their own. Honestly it blows my mind and where they could stipulate what things they expect or want, they simply say, isn't a gift something you give people without expecting anything in return. I. love. them.

People are amazing. The media and news will tell you differently but real people are amazing..all the time. It's just not headline worthy or drama worthy.

You get 35 days worth of Gestone from CFC. They are daily injections in your flank. Do you start your 5 days worth of Gestone pre transfer in CT or do you have to start at home?
I started my progesterone here so did 2 Crinone per day until I got to CFC and the nurse gave me my Gestone and showed me how to self inject. She did the first injection for me.
As you know progesterone is pricey and I think Gestone works out cheap by comparison plus no mess. You may like to ice your flank first. Also leave a good bit of space for it in your suitcase as it's quite a bulky bag of syringes, ampules etc. I never use the alcohol wipes so I give them back to the clinic. Saves space! I also buy an extra few boxes 'in case' I do fall pregnant and need to keep injecting until around week 10.
Thanks @Tahli. I'm a little confused. When I get there won't they do a final lining scan and if I've used progesterone doesn't that mean the lining would stop growing or possibly go backwards as what happened to @Charlie74? I'm doing a fresh transfer so not sure if that makes a difference. I've emailed both my nurse here and dr Paul there so hopefully someone can give me the advice I need. Thank you for the advice with packing the gestone. Can you get gestone here?
