    I'm excited but petrified of what my lining is going to do. I don't really notice any difference in my AF with the Trental.... But I guess maybe even an improvement of 5mm might not really be noticeable as far as AF is concerned?
    Mate it is the most scary feeling. In the back of my mind I am ****ting myself if my lining is less than 6 this month I have to get a reveiw with wazza which means he might tell me it's all over for me. Lining issues suck so much. FWIW I am not estroderm this time but I had big issues getting them to stick to my butt cheeks, not that wazza knows that he took a few of the oestrogen meds of my list this time mayby because of the other getting added in.

    I had my scan this morning and I have around 25 follies in total but the problem is they are varying in size from 12mm to 21mm. Warren has said that the epu can be pushed out until Tuesday and he has a plan of injections for me to try and allow some of the smaller ones to catch up. I am to expect that some will just be too immature. I trigger with lucrin and a small amount of pregnyl Monday morning at 12.15am 😴 for a 1pm EPU on Tuesday. I spoke about my concerns with the lucrin trigger after bleeding a little on a previous cycle so Warren has ramped up my progesterone and estrogen support after EPU so hopefully that will hold things off again. The good thing is with a Tuesday collection the pgd testing can be done. @BIB can you please change my EPU to Tuesday 2/8 please 😊

    @Caesardust, she's gorgeous!

    So I picked up my FET meds last nite... And it's def gonna keep me busy.. Couple new things for me, progynova pessaries X 2 per day ... as well as the 12mg of oral progynova tabs & 6mg slow release estraderm patches.. OMG so much estrogen.. My poor DP better hang onto his hat!! Lol!
    Also continue Trental, Vit E, aspirin, nitro dur patches, prednisolone, clexane

    I'm having 225 gonal F daily, then a pregnyl trigger (10,000), and then more pregnyl on days 3, 6 & 9 after transfer.. What does that do again??

    And then she's only got me using ONE crinone post transfer? Which is nothing right? Obviously I'll do more, Dr M wants me on something like 800mg progesterone pessaries so ill do that anyway.. But just seems strange LB has only said 1 crinone. Doesn't seem like much?

    The pregnyl trigger shot will stimulate the final maturation of the follicles/eggs and lead to ovulation if enough time elapses (usually EPU/transfer occurs before then or you're screwed).

    The booster shots on days 3,6,9 will "trick" the body (as it's HCG) into thinking it's already Preggo so the body will produce natural progesterone. In a fresh stim cycle and medicated FET, our natural hormones are suppressed by the drugs during the stim/estrogen phase, so our natural progesterone level is suppressed. Hence also the use of "extra" progesterone support in the forms of either pessary, crinone gel or progesterone injection.

    Progesterone is produced by the corpus luteum (the remaining follicle after the egg is released) in natural conception, (and in later parts of pregnancy produced by the placenta). Progesterone sustains the thickness of the endometrium for the embryo to implant into.

    I'm thinking LB is assuming the pregnyl booster shots will produce enough P4 that only one crinone stick should be enough of a top up for you

    @Charlie74 this is personal but what is your AF like. Mine is pretty standard as in 4 days of bleeding. Medium flow ect there is definately a shed which is why I get so confused. But I did have about 60 days before AF last month that was due to severely high oestrogen from Mays cycle attempt. This time I took the pill for 21 days and AF came on day 25 so pretty normal as I am usually day 25 to 28 at most mayby one or two days early.

    Sorry to others reading along and eating dinner.

    @Charlie74 - you may not need as much progesterone due to the number of pregnyl shots. The pregnyl makes your body think it's pregnant and don't forget you will have ovulated and so your corpus luteum in the ovulating ovary will be producing progesterone naturally. I only had one pessary a day of 100mg endometrin post transfer which didn't seem that much compared to what I've seen others be prescribed. But my FS said that was enough as my progesterone levels had been normal to date and he thought I would produce enough naturally. He still kept me on it until 7 weeks and then said I could stop. I would ask your FS the reason why only one Crinone is prescribed to put your mind at ease.

    Luckily I still have some 3mg ones from Feb so I'll use 1 of them & 2 of the 1.5mg...

    I also realised last nite that the 400mg progesterone pessaries that o bought in Feb expired on 27/7.. 3 days ago!! And the feckin cost $60 a box! Not happy!

    @Heyside - that's good the timing has worked for the PGD. Hope some of the smaller ones catch up to give you a good starting number to allow for the possible drop off ( like I always had).
