I've just done my second dose and I don't feel like I'm doing it right. As soon as I've pumped it I feel like there is liquid dribbling out my nose and I'm sniffing and trying to put my head back as quick as I can..is this normal? Also it's making me sneeze!!! I'm worried I'm not getting the proper dose. ,
thanks everyone this is really stressing me out, I think I'd rather another injection than this tbh..
I think if you sneeze within ~5-10?mins you might have missed the dose (I forget the amount of time - I think it's on the instruction leaflet). I found tilting my head back a bit and pointing it to the outside of my nostril, just above the bottom, wider part of my nose (face side, not inner nostril side) helped. and just a quick spray. then breathing it in/up. a few mins later I'd taste it at the back of my throat (gross). but good for having a chocolate afterwards to lose the taste good luck

ha. oops. still having my nightly chocolate. not counting that in my low-sugar plan. (but am cutting out drinking coke again, as I'd sneaked that back in - my vice)

Actually there is a YouTube video that shows you that way @winsor you just reminded me I did it like that as well. Multiple techniques lol all I could think while I did it was "what is this doing to my brain?" Lol

Or....you could just block your nose when you sneeze.

Of course, you run the risk of blowing your brains out your ears doing that!
