Default How much for a first tooth!

DS is just about to lose his first tooth! How much did the tooth fairy leave your child for their first tooth ( and then how much for other teeth?) I've heard everything from $1 to $50!

Omg those parents are so cruel to inflict that on all her class mates parents!!

I'm still scarred from when I was little Santa would come ever night in the two weeks leading up to Christmas for 1 boy in my class. It did my head in that Santa was giving him extra presents and not me

It's so hard we tell our girls that Santa brings them one present and mum and dad buy them presents too, because we're lucky, but not everyone is so lucky so lets not talk about what we get too much. I remember at school being upset that I didn't get as much as my friends when I still believed in Santa.

We do this too. Ds was so excited over the $2 until his cousin told him that she gets $20 and a present. Luckily he doesn't quite under stand the concept of money (he is only 5) but was pretty sad that he didn't get a present.
