My parents are visiting. I am off to get a facial tomorrow and I might do some baking and take the kids on a train ride at the local park

    Default Here's to the weekend.

Having a glass of wine, should be picking D H up but the gate has wedged shut in the wind and I can't get out! He's had to get a lift home, not sure how he'll get in though! Tomorrow a bit of Pokemon hunting, then pub dinner with the inlaws. Undecided on Sunday.

Same for us but I prefer it to the Southside farmers markets - better/bigger variety of produce. Plus it's a nice morning out for us all - well maybe not tomorrow lol

It's worth the drive over - but I am admittedly a big fan of farmers markets 😄

Quiet weekend here for us. I am onto my 10th night shift in a row. Movies tomorrow with my dad and then I might take kiddo to the movies on Sunday or we might even head into the city for the day. Shall see how I feel coz I am so exhausted from working currently.

FOB is here for the weekend so tomorrow after a sleepin I am going in to work to put brown paper on all my pinboards, which will take about five hours bleurgh... Then tomorrow night I'm going out to drink wine :-)

Sunday no doubt I'll sleep in, regret drinking the wine, and hopefully do some baking for the next couple of weeks!

We are trying to have a nice family weekend. DH has the start of the week off as he's going to central Queensland on Thursday for 7 weeks so trying to make the most of family time and get lots of things done to make life a bit easier for me while he's gone!

I am going to watch DH build the rest of our kitchen, wash and unpack all of our crockery and cutlery, and cook!
Then Sunday we have a family catch up, which will be nice.

Tomorrow: Take dog to the vet and then work
Sunday: DP's off to visit a friend in the morning...so up early and looking after the kids. When he's back I might go get some stuff to build a swing frame for DD...then hopefully something vaguely familyish in the afternoon.
