If not i guess you can email now saying you worked the following hours and would he prefer to pay via usual payroll or for you to supply an invoice?
Dont ask any other questions in the same email so theres nothing else to reply to other than the payment issue
Send the new boss an invoice? 😬 maybe with a nice chatty email about it being good to meet them and how your looking forward to your eventual return to work?
