Default WA: Good Primary in MORLEY/BAYSWATER/EMBLETON

Hi, I live in Embleton and my daughter will be attending Kindy next year. I am not from the Bayswater area and looking for recommendations for a good primary school. Embleton primary would be our closest. Has anyone experience with this school?
Also Hampton Park school and Weld square school are close by. We are open to driving a bit further too.
Thanks so much and I really hope I'll get some feedback here...

You need to look at the catchment area you are in, you may not have a choice on what public school she goes to, some schools are very very strict & enforce the catchment area rule, it all depend on the demand for the schools in your area... I'd call the schools & check whether you are eligible for entry first.

This. There are some good primary schools but you have to be in the catchment area. There is one in Bayswater/Maylands that is so good I heard they check you actually live where you say you do!

Bayswater and hillside are apparently good, you need to get the enrolment forms and see if they accept you (if you aren't in the catchment)

Do you want private or public? St Columba's is a nice little catholic primary school in bayswater, St Peter's in Bedford is not bad either but much much bigger (triple ****** I think) which is not everyone's cup of tea. But I think pretty much all the public primary schools in the area will be fine too. Embleton is a nice little suburb so the local public school will reflect that too

Thanks for all your messages. I really appreciate you all taking the time
I'll always drive by the bayswater primary and it does look like a nice school. I am hoping to send her to a public primary.

I am tending towards our School in Embleton as it's the closest and from one visit seems to be a small school with a tight knit community . Hard decision though
