I also want to get back into Yoga as a starting point again too - I loved it!

Oh, and I'm 5' 3" too, and weigh about 82kg; so have at least 10-20 to lose!!
Looks like I'm different with the food vs exercise one. I eat pretty well, v little sugar & not large servings mostly, so the way for me to budge weight is by high levels of exercise. Last time I lost weight (20kg+) I was out there 6 days a week cycling, walking, gym classes and hiking on weekends - my GP at that time said most of my weight was muscle and if I could get my BMI under 30 it'd be a miracle! So the whole "heavy x height" is tough for me. But I'll do it. Going to start a food diary today, and will walk the 45mins home from work. I just want a bubba!
