Oh, and I'm 5' 3" too, and weigh about 82kg; so have at least 10-20 to lose!!

Looks like I'm different with the food vs exercise one. I eat pretty well, v little sugar & not large servings mostly, so the way for me to budge weight is by high levels of exercise. Last time I lost weight (20kg+) I was out there 6 days a week cycling, walking, gym classes and hiking on weekends - my GP at that time said most of my weight was muscle and if I could get my BMI under 30 it'd be a miracle! So the whole "heavy x height" is tough for me. But I'll do it. Going to start a food diary today, and will walk the 45mins home from work. I just want a bubba!

I've lost over 150cm from my body too, 3 dress sizes and have heaps more energy-mostly.

Do give up ladies, just look at the big picture, my aim is to continue my lifestyle program once pregnant just not in a weight loss capacity but to ensure I'm eating healthy and getting the nutrients I need. I'm not saying all this to be preachy but it can be done! Mostly my only exercise is incidental stuff and chasing mr almost 3.

I was induced with ds and there was no talk of c-sections thankfully though I did have to deliver at a specialist women's hospital as my bmi was too high.

    Good luck!
    Well done! That's amazing!

Yeah when I exercise it takes awhile for it to drop off.

7dpo today, the last couple of days I've felt absolutely wrecked, and last night I woke up with the chills. Really hoping I'm not coming down ill. I feel dreadful, struggling to keep my eyes open at work

    Good afternoon lovely ladies!
This is my first cycle full-blown TTC (yaaay!)
According to my calculations I should be able to test on the 29th but we'll say the 31st to be safe (although I know for sure I'll be peeing on lots of sticks before then) wish me luck! Hopefully August will be the month for a lot of us x

Mug81 - glad there were no obvious issues identified by the fs. Fingers crossed the weight loss does the trick for you. I gained about 5kg after i miscarried my first pregnancy. Had issues falling pregnant again but did as soon as i lost those 5kg. I came to the realisation that is my weight (I'm 6kg up on the weight I feel pregnant at last time) that is stopping me again so have been dieting to lose weight and am fairly confident (or perhaps deluded) that it will work. Have lost 4.5kg in the last 2 cycles so I'm almost at my goal weight.

I thought this cycle was screwed as both dh and I have been sick. Thankfully we have both been up for some bd'ing the last 2 days and I'm having some intense ovulation pains this morning (way more than normal, wonder if it's the maca?) so will jump him again tonight and hopefully we are in with a good chance.
