I just wanted to suggest you may want to look into Maca Root powder. I did a search on this forum and I noticed an increase in women who tried it after trying for a little while and got a BFP first go. I tried it for the first time last month (when I got my BFP)

I have no idea if it was the powder or if I was just due but I did nothing else different. If I remember our stories at similar (trying for a little while, PCOS and clomid not working after several cycles)

It's meant to increase your energy so I figured it couldn't hurt either way right?
Oh, I hope so! I started taking Maca Root this cycle (I just hope we haven't missed out 'window' now due to some external stresses this week)! x

And all the big discount chemists have it in capsules and powder. They even have the powder at my local woolies.

Powder will be absorbed my the body quicker/easier/better but I don't think it really matters. I got the powder and just mix about half a teaspoon In a glass of juice with a fork; its nots bad at all.

May I ask what you are taking the EPO for?

The pills are just the powder inside a capsule, so they should absorb just as fast
