    Default August 2016 TTC

Something told me to start testing earlier than last month, got a negative OPK yesterday and tonight I got a flashing smiley - I had 8 days of flashing smiley last month, but got the first one on CD14 last month; I'm CD12 today, should put me to O around next Sunday; pity DH has gone to bed already, LOL. This is the time of month where I really think oh, this could be our month and then as my cycle goes on, I don't feel so sure!

I think I'm out this cycle too. Tested today, and BFN. AF isn't due until Tuesday, but not feeling at all positive now. I won't test again until AF is at least 2-3 days late.

Follow on from yesterday, I tested again this morning with fmu and I can definitely see a faint line at 8/9 DPO. Fingers crossed it gets darker over the next few days.

That's me out for this month. AF arrived this morning (after a false start yesterday).

I've started medical acupuncture, and she believes it may take a few cycles to get everything back into good working order. So hopefully next month (or the month after....)!

Good luck for everyone still waiting for their date!

Also following on from yesterday (TMI), all that unusual watery CM has stopped. I'm as dry as usual leading up to AF on Wednesday. Looks likely I'm out

The acupuncturist I go to said it's an ongoing thing. She's seeing me weekly for a few months, after which she'll re-assess if I can go to fortnightly. But she did stress that it's not a 'one off' thing.
I started going mid-cycle, and explained to her where I was, and she only started with two pressure points to work my body up to accepting it.
Before I went, I wanted to know the same thing Whitem, in the end I found just going was the best option. She talked me through it all, which pressure points she would use/when to use/etc. etc.
Mind you, the acupuncturist is also a GP. I have a few other health issues that made me a bit hesitant to go to someone that didn't have a medical background. Good luck!

P.S Just realised I didn't give you a straight answer, but hope it still helps a bit?
