I'm CD11 today & started testing with my digital OPK today, DH is home Wednesday (CD14) so should be good to TTC properly this month with him being home at the right time as I've been 'O'ing around CD17/18 & he's home for 2 weeks

That is of course if his sperm count comes back ok... 4 years ago it was 1 million (normal is 21 million)... Otherwise it will probably be a September cycle with a FET.

Congrats @KMull on the positive! I have everything crossed for you
You're not alone. I wait until AF is due/late - my body (most of the time) is clockwork: 10 days after my positive OPK, AF arrives (yes, I have a short LP). She's due Tues, so if nothing happens I'll be testing FMU on Wed. I'd rather wait the extra few days and get a strong, clear positive.

I plan to wait. Both times I have gotten a bfp it was the day after af was due. No questions over faint lines and I waste less money on tests that way

Fair enough! I normally O early, so that's why I thought it might be a bit late. It's seemed to settle back into a 28 day cycle, except last month it decided to go for 21 because, you know, meh!

Well we DTD (even though he was ticking me off). This is purely one of those "for the bub!" moments. Not for the fun

This month we are strictly dtd every second day from around day 10...I told my DH the other day that it'd be starting soon and he was fine. Today he tried initiating and I said we can't! We're only doing every second day...he's devastated as he didn't realise it was from now!

I just laughed at him, as he'll be getting more action this way than if we were in our normal routine!!!
