    So confused now.
I was testing with OPK's on Sun, Mon, and Tue (mind you, they were diluted pee), but definitely got O symptoms on Monday.
So ended up dtd Mon and Wed. Now, because I'm impatient, and I've just come off a really odd cycle that was short (21 days) with only 2 days of actual af, I took another OPK this morning. Only because I talked myself out of a preg test because if it was bfn, I'd only tell myself it was too early to tell, bla bla bla.
Well, this morning I took another opk, and the test line was definitely darker than the control line.
    Anyone else had this happen?
Af not due until next week, so trying to hold off, haha!

Any thoughts? Or anyone had something similar before? (sorry if this is old ground for everyone....)

    No advice about OPK's sorry.
I just caved and bought a 7 pack of FRER online as I'm not sure if I'll get anywhere to buy some before next weekend. (I live in a small town so there is no way I'm buying any at the local chemist!) hopefully they will arrive by the end of the week.

Maybe you had the symptoms early but didn't actually ovulate? My cycle in feb (when I wasn't using opk's) was like this. I had o pains on cd11 and thought I was ovulating early then on cd 15/16 I had major o pains and knew I was definitely ovulating then. I ended up conceiving that month (but had early miscarriage) so maybe you weren't ovulating just yet...?

    Thanks ladies!
I'm currently CD18, so it seems pretty late if it is an O. And of course, DH is ticking me off at the moment. He hasn't necessarily done anything, he's just breathing,

I'll try and hold out until I test... but maybe...
A few months ago I was convinced I was then af showed up. So I've been very hesitant to go 'maybe' since then.

Frustrated! DH went and had his 'guys' checked on Monday... He left for work Wednesday morning & we hadn't heard anything back... Last time he had it checked they sent out the results in the post, so I called yesterday to see where they where... The doctor wants him to come in for an appointment to get them! So annoying, we are capable of reading the results, if she read his file she'd realise this is not the first time he's been tested so there is a history! So it's going to cost us another appointment just to get the results! They are his results, just give them to us already!

I'm impatient & want to know what's going on, plus I need to organise babysitter for a specialist appointment we have booked, but we are only going to specialist if the results are low... He gets back Wednesday so looks like he'll fly in & head straight to the doctors!

Doesn't really sound late for O at all to me, I O between CD16 and CD23! How long is your average cycle?
