@Bongley oh what lovely photos You look lovely too, so content @Blossom74 its a teeny tiny camera and you're heavily sedated....lucky me I have to have them every three years as my dad and my gran (mum's mum) both had bowel cancer so I have it on both sides. The prep work is worse than the actual procedure!!!!!!! @greenlady congrats, am so happy it went well for you

.....you have to have a clean empty bowel so they can have a good look around. So clear fluids from about 48 hrs before and then not really much at all the day before. You have to drink this stuff to flush out.....its a bit like weeing from your bottom. Don't make plans to go anywhere the day before the procedure!!!!

Very common to get spotting with Crinone hon. I think a lot of us have had the inky/brown discharge when using it. Take a deep breath, put your feet up and *try to relax. I know it's hard but more than likely all is well

@Bongley- I had one when I turned 40. Hopefully you're not like me - the prep didn't give me the weeing from the bottom and I had to drink a second lot of prep to get to that stage. Apparently genetically I have a very long colon which is why it was harder to clean out.
