Sorry to hear your second emby didn't come along, but here's hoping you won't be needing it anyway.

May the 2WW go by blissfully fast for you

Rightio. I think I've finally got myself together. I've spent all morning researching dates, flights, accom, cycle dates etc. I've just booked my Brissy flights to meet the legendary Wazza on Fri 5th Aug. Yep, I'm back...and with a plan!!
I've got two itches that need scratching...a final OE round, unless Wazza advises otherwise, and my 3 generously donated embryos in CT. I have given myself until the end of the year when I turn 42 to draw the line. This gives me the following 4 dates for possible transfers...last week of August (OE cycle), September school holidays (OE cycle if 1st one cancelled), Melbourne Cup November long weekend (CT TET), first week of December (CT SET).
I know I've asked this before but I can't remember the answers, sorry. Can any of Wazza's girls remember how much it is upfront for a fresh OE cycle, and then how much the 2nd instalment at EPU is? I'd be stoked to get to EPU. I'm lucky if I can get 2 eggs, then a day 3 transfer.
It'll be an interesting chat with Wazza because I'm not up for the kitchen sink protocol. I'm a Zen Girl now!

@midnite01 congrats on being PUPO! Lets hope you don't need that donor but if you do then it seems like its all working out

@Tahli woo hoo for a plan!! I figured we'd be hearing about something soon given your encouragement from the newborns arriving in here Your plan sounds good and you've thought about your options re cancelled cycle etc. I reckon if you have that itch to do one more OE cycle you have to do it, regardless of what he says. I had 2 FS's say to me to move on to DE last year but I wasn't ready. You have to be totally comfortable with your decision on when to call it a day, its your life.

As for the kitchen sink thing, again its your call. IMO if all those drugs are throwing your body into such a state as they have been it doesnt really make sense to me that thats the best way in which you are going to get pregnant. I thought the mentality with the kitchen sink was that all those things "cant hurt" not so much that they are the answer. They simply still just don't know. That says to me that if you don't want to go down that road then you are probably not losing out.

Im excited for you and your new plans!!

Good on u @Tahli X scratch your itches. Exciting about brisvegas flights, Wazza will be honest and says what he thinks. Fresh is 8880 plus about 900 for fees. A bit more if uninsured re egg collection/transfer. Someone else might have more info. I wish I had a bit more zen!!
