    Am back in melb's again, holiday over & have to say it's good to be home again, sleeping in our own bed & able to get back to a routine! Although I have to admit I have a huge feeling of dread about the next few months. Reading all of ur posts it really stands out how much mental stress we are all under constantly trying to get to the next step. Always dreading the next hurdle.
    @Caesardust & @Maxwellsmum I'm with u both on the lining dread train.. I'm thinking when we do our FET I might have to have DP come with me to the scans cos I just don't think I can lie there & hear that my lining is crap again- not after all these months of taking trental & vitamin E. I literally feel sick thinking about having those scans.. I was balling my eyes out in the Monash corridor in Feb, I can't do that again on my own I don't think.

    At this stage it looks like we've agreed to push back the FET till September. I spoke to DP about all my reasons & he is happy to go with whatever I want to do. @Blossom74, I also feel physically really sh!t this year. I feel like the pred I took in Feb had a bigger effect than the previous 2 times. So I told DP i just can't see myself wanting to start it all again in 2 weeks time. Instead I'll give my body another good 4-5 weeks & my plan is lots of exercise, yoga, going gluten free & probably dairy free or close to it In prep for the FET. I've read so much info about inflammation in the bodies of women with thyroid antibodies & NKC that I can't just ignore it anymore. Unfortunately I fell in a hole in the pavement in Zagreb last Friday nite & have injured my right ankle/leg... But as soon as its feeling pain free I'm going to be running everyday. I totally hear you @Blossom74, I just feel rubbish & enough is enough. @MissDa, I LOVE hot yoga.. But I was told not to do it while TTC/ IVF stuff Bcos it puts added strain on ur body?? Don't know if that's true or not? The Chinese medicine lady I used to see also said not to do it, only normal yoga. I'd rather do the hot yoga though...

    Hi to everyone else X

    Welcome Home Luv!!!!!!

    Fair enough r.e pushing your FET until September

    Ouch about the leg/ankle!!!! Bloody Hell!!!

    Did you at least have a few under you belt to kill the pain when it happened????

    Hope the appendage is feeling pain free asap!!

    @Lucky8 and @Tinachris how are you coping so far in the 2WW?
    @Lolly99 best wishes for Thursday. You've done well to get this far, did you say 36 weeks!? Thats a damn good effort for twins.
    @MissDa Im a huge Bikram yoga fan. Its a mental workout as much physical. I used to laugh at yoga when I was competing in body building many many moons ago, and I was so wrong. I used Bikram after my hospital stint in Feb to recover mentally and physically. It worked, Im back.
    @midnite01 when is EPU scheduled?
    @tuxcat Synarel sounds just lovely, as @BIB describes as "Angry spray". Crinone makes me cry every night at every story on The Project.

    I had another scan this morning and miraculously my lining has gone down to 3.7 from 5.1 on Friday. Presuming my body has absorbed most of it as I have only had a few days spotting since then. Very happy that I waited though and know my lining is at good point to start. Currently sat having my intralipids and if my bloods are good later I can start my injections.

    Namaste!
    My FS was fine with me doing hot yoga, when I asked about the heat he said "people in the desert have babies no problem"
    My nurse was all for it as well, up until EPU.
    It's good for improving blood flow to lady areas!

    @Billie2

    2ww is torturous ! Just flew in from Greece last night , 2 hour delay as plane needed maintenance ! happy to be in my own bed but scared to face the real world with my poker face on !!

    Had to up my progesterone as dr wasn't happy with my low blood test level but as I'm taking gel hard to measure levels . Chasing local doc /FS to do another blood test to check still on track with progesterone levels - requested by FS in Greece to double check .

    Also getting emotional , watching big fat Greek wedding 2 on the plane & find myself crying WTF ???? Lol

    How are you going ?

    Hello to everyone , need to catch up on all the feed - it's soooo fast !
