    @gorgeousgoerge, welcome hon! And I agree with @BIB, at 36 and with crapped out ovaries you more than qualify to join our motley crew

    @Bradders, big hugs for you hon. I'm very sorry for your BFN. Even when they are expected they still hurt

    AFM. Exhausted would be the word.

    Got up at 4.30am for work yesterday, drove 3 hours to get there and worked an 8 hour day, went back to my parents house for dinner and at about 8.30pm hubby rings me and says "The cat hasn't done a wee all day. He looks ok but I don't know if he IS ok...."

    Deep sigh.....

    Packs bags back into the car, drive 3 hours home in the fog. Get home and husband is dead asleep. Look at the cat...."Do you need to use your tray?"

    Cat gets up, stretches, walks to tray and does world's biggest wee....

    FFS! Yes @BIB, I need the cat cam, lol

    The good news is he's 'nibbling' at his new food. Well, not the original $70 bag I bought, but the second branded one I got for another $70.....

    Hi @BlondeinBrisvegas the countdown app in my phone tells me im going to athens in 10weeks, 2 days and 7 hours so it woukd be nice if you could update the rollcall every hour for me but I'll settle for you just writing Sept-Oct :-) @Blossom74 well, one good thing about my geriatric ovararies is that i get to join this thread :-) thanks for the welcome, im glad your furbaby is getting better. Im a crazy cat lady too. I've read that slightly warming up their wet food can help entice them to eat because it makes the foid smell stronger and cats eat with their noses, iykwim although in saying that ive tried it with my cats before and it didnt work because they are stubborn biatches who want what they want, when they want it and wont take no for an answer (just like me), except for my boy cat Meeky who is a feline garbage disposal with a wide ranging palette. He enjoys eating bird poo, bird seed and cotton bud (wtf Meeky???)
    (Says to self: youve only just met these people so dont go on about your cats too much even though youve told them youre crazy, just reign it in a little for now)

    welcome @gorgeousgeorge. I'm a new cat-mummy, today we had a breakthrough - it's been 2 days since she's woken me up at 6am for breakky, so I think she's aligning with my sleeping-in ways. must be as I keep her up late (though she snoozes most of the night). good luck with your cycle in Greece.

    @Billie2 wow 6 fertilised - that's fantastic !! Bet you can't wait until Monday!!

    @Bradders I'm so sorry - I know exactly how you feel! Next stop Greece . I also am worrying about DE cycle failing - but trying to keep positive and visualise our little bub in my arms (our minds are so powerful wanted to add that to the mix ). I've put up a dream board as well - my last chance I don't want regrets or to worry about whether or not my worrying caused something to fail

    @gorgeousgeorge welcome to the 40's thread and @Bradders the Greece thread is great for info and support as well (just keeping up with two threads is the issue - but they've been a lifeline for me as well!)

    I asked a question in the greece thread so will also ask here in case...
    Dr N wants us in Athens on Day 12 or 13 or my cycle. I've started the Pill (not used it for 20 years so can't recall) as my cycles are not easy to plan around (regularly irregular so 2nd packet will end 2nd Sept.)...

    My question is - on the Pill (if anyone knows) do you start your period on the first day of stopping the Pill (I haven't had a cycle yet to see what happens on those 7 red pills (sugar tablets) )? I can't book flights if I don't know... And staying an extra week (few days either side) costs quite a bit!

    I'm just trying to get an idea. Thanks for your help (am a bit embarrassed about asking to be honest as this feels like a silly question)...
