    Default Fertility recommendations

Hi all, after 2mths of having an ovarian cyst, finally got my period so used the time to tcc...its now CD32...no sign of period and test was negative. So fear of a new cyst seems to have crept up (even though im only speculating at this point but had mittleschmerz on the same ovary as when the cyst existed).
Im seeing a Gynaecologist at end of this month but meantime, im looking for anyone who may have purchased the ebook Pregnancy Miracle by Lisa Olsen. Im looking for reviews as im not buying something that may not work and a gimmick but looking for a natural and non expensive way to help myself without having to resort to artificial means..thats only when every avenue has been exhausted.
    Any advice greatly appreciated.
