I watched 13th on Netflix last night.
It's about mass incarceration in the US, especially focusing on the number of African Americans in the system. It goes in to depth, from the civil war, right through to the current presidential election.
I would go as far as saying that it's one of the best documentaries I've watched.
I've watched both of these, terrible the disregard for the impact they have on these people's lives.
About to watch 13th now, hope it doesn't put me in a bad mood!
Just watched a short one on Netflix called the tribe that time forgot, it was really interesting to see that there are so many indigenous people still living so primal.
