    Default Failing at life

and dragging those I love into that failing is the story of my life right now. I wish I could snap out of it, wish it wasn't my life, wonder how what appeared to be the person who could have everything ended up in this place & knowing now that it is feeling that the last resort ECT is starting to fail as a treatment too that there really is no hope of it ever improving.

So how do I change that mindset so I can keep moving forward like I was managing to a few weeks ago.

ETA - just realised in my exhaustion I posted in the wrong place - sorry

Hun you cut yourself some slack, accept that some days are going to be better then others and keep up with your treatment.

It is ok to focus solely on yourself and getting better. Hang in there xx

VP is so right. Not every day will be as bad as today and not every day will be good.

You are going through such a rough time and I can only imagine how impossible it feels to see an end to it. One step one day at a time. You've come so far already - I can see that from your posts on here.
