Default Wearing bubs with hip brace

Okay so I've been wearing my 3 month old even though he's in a hip brace. I can't quite manage to get the M shape happening as his legs can only be in a particular position. He's otherwise comfortable and so am I, but I a haven't been able to find any info on others wearing babies who are in hip braces.

Any info would be great. I have an appointment with the surgeon in a couple of days so will ask then if it's appropriate. I don't think I could manage if I cant wear him!

Haven't done it myself, but have seen posts from a few on baby wearing groups who have...including mentions of how their doctors thought it was fantastic. You're certainly not alone

I think there's a group on fb dedicated to hip babies and wearing but I'm not sure of the name. If you join bwbss support on fb and ask there I bet there are some mums on there who can point you in the right direction though!
