AF due here Wednesday and I'm pretty sure she will be here. Had lots of cm last week but gone now and getting the usual aches and pains before af. Only the first month of us both eating better though so I know it won't work instantly.

I've been taking vitex but it seems to have shortened my cycle a bit too much this time so will have a couple of months off again. I was on vitex when I conceived my DS so I have a lot of faith in it.

I see a naturopath. I definitely wouldn't just take these kind of things as they can have negative effects as well if they're not suited to your situation. A naturopath takes your full history and current situation/health/cycle/aims into account before prescribing anything. It is 60% covered by my health insurance. I figure if it costs $500+ and I get my much wanted bubba no 2 then that's money well spent and very justified

I don't know when o happened this month because of the miscarriage - but I am confident I have had it. Now very cramps and sluggish bowel. The bowel is usually my biggest indicator, so feeling hopeful! But this whole year my cycle has been weird Hard to trust what I'm feeling. I've had lots of months of feeling pregnant but they're just pms symptoms - which I used to only get when I was pregnant. Definitely think I'm peri-menopausal

The mc was about 3 weeks ago and I think I ovulated at the 2week mark, so probably 7dpo now. We just back in. I had 3 mc between no2&3 and an ob I saw said it was ok medically, just to be mindful of the emotional side. Have you had you're cycle since the d&c?

Wow - so many different opinions.... although the lady i saw was a dr not an ob so would take an obs opinion with more weight... i was told to wait at least.one cycle before ttc again as risk percentage would increase from.30% to 50%... !?

I am CD5, so AF arrived 3 weeks following my d&c which i thought was quick.. i was so worried it would take months and months.

I turn 35 next week. DP is 38.
    We've been TTC since January.
Planning to go to the GP in the next fortnight to see what testing we can do. Probs gonna tell them we've been trying for 12months (if there's something wrong, we wanna get on to it not wait another 6 before they test)
What's the first round of testing we should get done? Do you agree with our 'little white lie'? Any advice???

I don't think you need to lie. It's your choice of you want a referral to a FS or testing done. If you ask for it they can't really say no, just insist. Plus I believe the guideline is only 6 months TTC if over 35 before getting specialist help
