    @cag14 so strange
    Well if that's the support she's going to give you then you may need to wash your hands of her. I could imagine this would be very upsetting for you, but obviously these are her issues not yours.
    I'm learning the hard way to surround myself with only the people that are genuinely supportive. Sometimes you find some bad eggs along the way.

    @Muchulu1 do whatever you need to do for self preservation. I always find it easier to stay in during winter. I'd much rather be in a happy bubble than a challenging world during tough times xx

    @MAQ247 - Thats a fantasic number to freeze hun so happy for you.
    @cag14 - Hoping the cramps are a good sign for you hun and its bub snuggling in hope the sickness relieves itself. Sounds like your friend is very inconsiderate hun and as has been said you are best not having her around. Unfortunately unless someone has been through all this themselves they will have no idea what it is like and can't even begin to understand x
    @hopefull29 - Fantastic news hun that you can get going asap and in a natural cycle too which is what you wanted, dates seemed to have worked really well for you too. Good luck this cycle hun x
    @julianicholson - Try not to think of this cycle as a waste hun it may make all yhe difference and identify and issue which can be easily fixed and help you in the long term.
    @Muchulu1 - I am definitely with you there on becoming a hermit my friend yesterday started questioning me on my other group of friends and how often we see them, think shes worried we have snubbed them and spend more time with other groups of friends but thats not the case we just have no life anymore and dont go out haha!

    We had our follow up appointment today with Warren after our official BT this morning. He was so good in the appointment and so thorough going through every part of the last few cycles we have done with him. The conclusion was that basically as a couple we make pretty dam chromosomally crappy embryos, he doesn't think it can all be put down to my pcos and unfortunately not much can be done about it we just need that lucky one. Apparently we struck very lucky with DD. I was waiting for him to mention donor eggs but he actually said as we have only done 4 fresh cycles we are not there yet. He encouraged us to go into an FET putting back our tested embryo but also gave us the option of another fresh cycle or down regulating using zoladex (not quite sure if that names right) for 3 months. It was a very difficult decision but we decided to go for another fresh. We were so lucky to go into today's appointment as instead of awaiting af from this cycle he has put me on synarel tonight and I will continue on provera and progynova for 8 more days and then await af when we can get going again so practically thrown straight back into cycling. We aren't using GH this cycle as it wasn't useful for us and is expensive so Warren said it would be a waste of money. We will be doing alternate doses of menapur and puregon this cycle too so will see if that makes a difference. So happy we made this appointment for today and Warren was so caring and thorough.

    @julianicholson thanks Hun. Definitely better to have the tests done than to waste good embryos and money!
    @Muchulu1 it's always nice to hear another doc telling someone the same as yours has told you. I was in the unexplained category for 12months before we finally worked out a tube was blocked- my first surgery was a success and didn't look as though anything else was wrong but then found out later on my tube was blocked. I was actually a little relieved to have an answer finally. It's so hard and incredibly frustrating to be in that unexplained category. xx

    I also choose to stay in with my fur babies. I just can't be bothered dealing with insensitive comments or the constant baby chat that goes on amongst a few girls. I am lucky however I have a really close friend who has been going through IVF for over 5 years so whenever I need human contact besides work/DH I can always call on her. She's the only friend I've told about our IVF journey.
    @lotsathoughts thank you and yep both DH and I have a pretty low opinion of her these days after that. She also went on about how I never made anytime to see her and that's why she had to call me and tell me. FIL was diagnosed with cancer and passed away 3 weeks later so was a little bit busy. I have no time for self obsessed people! 🙉
    @cag14 doesn't sound like she's a very good friend anyway. Better to distance yourself from people like that. IVF is hard enough without the extra stress. Hope you're ok. xx
    @Heyside thanks Hun. Sounds like your appointment was a success too. It's so nice to have a plan. Down regulating for 3 months is a long time. Is that the norm for you? Sounds like warren is a gem and you're very lucky to have such a supportive FS!

    @cag14 This person sounds horrible! Its best to surround yourself with supportive caring people at this time. I am a tad gobsmacked by this!!
