@cococool sorry to hear your having a hard time. It's my first cycle and only family know so when I was having a bad day on Friday at work it was tough.
I'm new to it all and dont really understand a lot, but am finding this group really helpful just by reading what is going on. I'm going for my first scan tomorrow so hoping for something positive as my blood test on Friday showed not much was happening and I had to increase my Gonal f shots. Just not sure what is good!!!
It will all be worth it in the end

@mish239 - I'm fine, just needed to let it out but really I feel ok. But I now I know how hard it is and I admire all these ladies who have been through it all time and time again, so strong.
Good luck with your first scan tomorrow. This process is a learning curve and everyone's different so try not to compare yourself too much. The fact you increased your shots is because your FS thinks that it's best for you at this stage. Sounds like you're in good hands.

@cococool I'm so sorry to hear your husband isn't being supportive. I have at times forgotten this journey impacts the male too, everyone is forever asking how I am. I hope he's just not being supportive as he's overwhelmed by it all and will come around when he realises the stress is impacting him. I wish you allllllll the very best with your journey. You're right, no one gets it until you've experienced this journey xx

@cococool my DH sounds similar. Never talks about his feelings, just bottles it up then will randomly explode over nothing. Lol men!
Glad you've got your mum and bestie to help get you through. Hope you're feeling a little better today. Also fingers crossed the testing comes back positive and in time for an august transfer!!
@brib I used puregon, it's normal to sting for a little bit. You'll get used to the needles soon and they won't bother you one bit. Would you be better off injecting yourself? I like to feel like I'm in control of it.

The cramping I experienced last night was gone this morning but now I feel like a heaviness and tenderness down there with slight discomfort. Period is due Wednesday

@brib I promise it does get easier! You can try an ice pack on the area for a few mins before the injection. Shouldn't feel a thing then.
@cag14 fingers crossed AF doesn't show!

I had my embryo transfer this morning. They transferred a 3 day 10 cell embryo. I had to pee straight after as they make you have the transfer with a full bladder so I had to go straight after and then I worried that maybe it fell out lol. Hopefully not! I'm taking pregnyl every 3 days so I won't be able to poas before my blood test 😭

I had my scan this morning. They could see 10 folicules - my left ovary was hiding so could be a few more, but don't think they were good size yet. They said that number is good for my age (I'm 40 next month). Go for another scan wedns. Hope they grow to where they need to be. Staying positive.
