exhausted & procrastinating. Should be any of doing dishes, essay or working on budget/paying bills. Instead I'm in bed, have taken my nighttime medication already after not sleeping last night at all & wasting time on the internet until I hopefully fall asleep. DS has been fed so can otherwise fend for himself since he's playing happily in his room & knows he can come in at any time he wants

increasingly frustrated and upset with dh's work/boss. I hate feeling powerless in these kinds of situations!! I want to blast in there and really take his boss down a few pegs.

I just need to break our kettle now so DH will let me buy the matching kettle 😂.

It comes in a wide range of colours. I liked the black because it's retro but still kind of modern...
This is beautiful! I want it! And the matching kettle! DH wants one that cooks 10 pieces of toast at once or some rubbish, just because he's all about efficiency. I tried to tell him pretty beats efficiency when it comes to kitchen appliances!

Lol I texted DH when I was buying it and said do you want the 2 slice or 4 slice, and he said '20 slice' 😂. Men! I got the 4 slice version but I can guarantee it will be mainly used for 2 slices at a time anyway! So far I really like it, it's nice and sturdy etc. but yes my kettle looks cr@p next to it, I will have to get the matching one ASAP!

Wondering if I really want a tim tam (or 2, or more), or if I really just want to go to bed.

Sick of spending hours at night trying to put 12 week old DD to bed, alone. When's my night off?
