I am angry. Though we'd had a lovely family day but he had to go and ruin it by having a go at me about my anxiety, thankfully after DS went to bed but ffs

It was my own fault really for turning my phone off for a few hours. On a weekend here the CAT team only have 2 rostered on at any time - they were planning a home visit this afternoon with a phone call to confirm it could wait until then this morning. Because of my history & a somewhat concerning phone call last night, phone being turned off when it never is, plus missing an appointment with my recovery clinician a couple of days ago without contacting her (unusually for me) was enough for them to be concerned enough to want someone to check on me quicker than they could get here. It just frustrates me that I can't get my act together enough for this crap to stop happening

Oh Hun it must totally suck with how you are feeling about yourself. I can't imagine being in your shoes at all with the struggles that you have to face head on but one thing is that there a lot of people that care about you whether or not they live besides you, in the next street over or Bub hubbers on here someone seems to always be looking out for you one way or another. Might be time for DS to start stepping up a bit more at home with responsibilities maybe leave notes by your phone or even as a screen saver to remind yourself if you switch off for a couple hours then you need to notify someone. Hugs

Now I am real really peeved off with the wankers next door who have decided to start playing their electric guitars (badly I might add) at 9pm when they know we brought ds2 home from hospital today, poor baby he is only 5 days old and this has to happen on his first night in how own bunky bed

nasty neighbours - maybe ds2 can get his own back in the middle of the night when he wakes for feeding or changing.

DS is trying to help out a bit more - though the past few days I've been too out of it really to keep up with the motivation of keeping him on track so he's slacked off a bit too
