Going to be running late to pick my friend up after a 30min shower!!!! Whoops! In all fairness I washed my hair, shaved my legs/pits and did a body scrub. I possibly also spent longer than required enjoying the hot water...

What on earth is a "poke stop"?

I get the feeling that me not knowing makes me seem stupid and out of touch.. But I'm asking anyway!!

as bad as it sounds, I try and "shut down" to these kinds of things. I find if I take it in, it just puts me into a very negative and depressive state.

I know it sounds trite, but I'm sure our parents felt the same about the world when we were kids.

When those beheadings of the journalists were happening, I couldn't sleep or had bad dreams. It really distressed me.
