This sound as big fixation on your wife's end. Concentrating on things that she can't change without improving the relationship with you and the baby girl.
My sister happens to be a psychiatrist and she has seen many people lose sight of what is important in life - health, understanding and happiness with what you have in life.
Understanding plays a big role in any relationship and listening to each other so my advice would be to write a list of your concerns on paper on one side and on the other what you are happy with currently in your relationship.
Trying a different angle and asking your partner to do the same might bring her closer to discussing the issues without having a roadblock every-time you try to speak about it.
