    I agree vitex can help or see a naturopath or Chinese herbalist.

    Hi @Rachi321 I have a short luteal phase and never managed to fall preggers naturally. I'd definitely go see a doctor, it can't hurt to get a check up and have some blood tests. I was diagnosed with polycystic ovaries, endometriosis and had thyroid issues. How old are you?

    Good luck!

    @Rachi321 have you tried vitex & B6?
    I am adding B6 and Maca root into the mix this cycle to see if it makes a difference. Were your cycles the same before your MC?

    I am 32, had short luteal phase maximum of 10 days for about 10 months post miscarriage. Started vitex (chaste berry tree) and fell pregnant the first month. All well so far at 4 months. Best of luck x

    Yes it's just a pill you take every day like taking a multi vit. Available at most health food stores and even chemists but you might want to look into a good quality brand.

    Apparently what vitex does is it work to promote ovulation and can bring forward your ovulation day and in turn lengthen your luteal phase. @delirium would be able to explain it much better than me.
    What day do you normally ovulate hun?
