    Default probiotics for baby

hi i have started my babies on probiotics and was recommended the bioceuticals baby biotics by friends but have also seen and looked at the 'lifespace brand' which seems to have more strains in it.

Lifespace does have more strains. I used bioceuticals for my DD when she was younger and it didn't seem to do anything. You could always see a Naturopath which could get you a stronger one?

How old are your babies? My toddler has milk kefir which is an incredible probiotic, but only recommended over 1 year. Also a gelatinous bone broth does wonders too. Other options are fermented vegetables but again I would say probably over a year old.

    Default probiotics for baby

I was recommended for bioceutical brand but decided to go with lifespace. I could bought it more easily. I don't know if it does anything but I read that more strains is good. My baby has it since 5w old.
