    I second the Milo and Milk, but I add ice and banana and make a smoothie/milkshake which got rid of the night leg cramps for me

    Magnesium and calcium are supposed to help. And when a cramp occurs, try stretching from your heel - seems counter intuitive but it helps!

    I got the cheap pillow talk body pillow it was better than fancy one, re legs I found getting regular massage helped.

    Appreciate everyone's input, thanks! Checked my pregnancy vitamin and there is magnesium in there so weary to take more without checking with my GP. Might go with the spray or epsom salts for now and will get a cheap Kmart pillow so I don't have to fumble around for 3 different pillows in my sleep.

    Had a hot milo before bed last night and no cramps! Could have been coincidence but I'll go with it 😂
