Wow 4 under 6??? I have four as well - 9, 7, 4 and 3 months. My 9 year old doesn't help as much as I would like her to. She's the type who wishes she was an only child so really needy which doesnt help. DH and her get along well so I guess it's a positive thst when he's home she can off load on him. By the evening my head is too tired to listen.

Yeh they are 6, 4, 3 and 2. I like when hubby is home, as they have a lot of fun with him and it makes them happy. I'm lucky they all get on pretty well though so can keep each other reasonably busy while I'm cooking dinner etc. (To a degree, they still bug me 500 times ahha)

    I understand what you mean..

I think it depends on my mood, his mood, how the kids are...

Partner is more strict. I'm the laid bsck one. If kids are being a bit loud and rough he gets angry (understandable).. When he's out we can relax more but I do hsve days when I need/want him around to help or even just hsve adult conversation.
