I hope you get the answers you need, op. I think the dr handled the situation badly if that was said to you.

Is it possible that you are going through a phantom pregnancy? I'm not saying this to be rude but if HPT are negative and ultrasound doesn't show a pregnancy, I see it highly unlikely that you are. Are you wanting to be pregnant? Phantom or correct term pseudocyesis is definitely possible or could also be menopause starting?

Blood test ruled out menopause apparently. I dont want to be pregnant i have 4 and 1 is nearly 18. If i am i would just go with the flow. Their are a lit of people who have been pregnant with no hcg levels and neg ultrasounds as well. As i said i will just keep trying to find out

Have you had your thyroid tested? Hypothyroidism can cause weight gain, leaking breasts and other symptoms. In the absence of hcg in your system it may be an idea to check it out.

I agree... there is potential for hormone secreting tumors to trick the body into acting like it is pregnant. I would suggest a full medical screening and assessment...

Im confused sorry. You say you thought you were 5 months pregnant....did you have any confirmation of this or are you just going by symptoms? Has a baby been seen via ultrasound at all?

You can't be pregnant without hCG. If you could, though, I can't imagine it would be very ordinary. You'd also have elevated estrogen and progesterone levels.

If an ultrasound and blood test don't add up to a pregnancy I doubt you're pregnant. I would be looking into something else because it could be something quite serious.

The only other option is to wait 4 months and see if you have a baby.

I've heard of neg HPT's and still being pregnant, but if you are getting neg blood tests you aren't pg. If you were pg, even with a tilted uterus you would def see something at 5 months via u/s.

I would be getting a full work up tbh to work out why you have these symptoms.

Have you seen a gynaecologist/obgyn or just regular Gp's. In your older post you said you hadn't had a proper period since November just a light wipe in January. My bet would be pcos and or onset early menopause symptoms. But also you have said you've been putting on weight this can also amount to not having regular periods. I'm not being rude to pry with this next part are you still with a DH/defacto relationship and sexually active etc, do you have birth control in place. All just seems to odd to me
