Yaaahh!!! Such good news to read @greenlady so so happy for you, hope that lining us just right to receive your little embie. I think most people use either the crinone or progesterone pessaries hun, I am also on progesterone tablets and use hcg boosters to increase natural progesterone. How much valium have you been told to take hun, I usually take 2x5mg an hour before transfer but it leaves my system before I go in and hardly touches me but everyone is different, the practice run sounds like a good plan. Good luck hun xxx

Yes I was told to take two - but will try it out before thurs as I've taken temazepam before on long plane flights and have had to take 20mg to fall asleep on it where's my dh takes 5mg and is asleep 5 mins later!

I will be having hcg shots as well. One on day of transfer and the another one at some point.

Going to do acupuncture too - never done it in my life but I reckon it can't hurt and many say it has a benefit.

@Heyside - took a Valium yesterday after dinner. One didn't have much effect - at least DH was still annoying so anxiety was still up there ha ha. I intend to take two in the morning about 2 hours before transfer. Will also be having acupuncture after transfer. Trying not so stress and think about the prospect that the embie might not survive the thaw.

Good luck today @Green lady! Hoping for great thaw results and a lovely valium snooze for you afterwards.

Thinking of you too @Heyside as you endure the wait. Hang in there - sending lots of good vibes.

    Officially PUPO!

FS said transfer went as well as it could have gone. So now the wait. It's so hard knowing what to do - lie down, go about as normal. You feel like every move you make might jeopardise it.
