Default Mum nanny - has anyone used one?

I'm looking for experiences of mums who have used another mum as a nanny.
How many children of their own would you be comfortable with them having?
How do you find someone you trust?
How have you found the experience?
    Thanks 😊

My nanny has 2 kids. Not sure what your concern is? It has its challenges (when her kids get sick she often gets sick too) but the trade off is amazing. She just gets kids and is wonderful with mine.

This is something I'm looking at doing myself. I was a nanny for a bit before having my own children. We home school so it's would be a great way for us to make extra money and if we needed our children babysat/nannied we could swap with other families.
