Do you just add to wash or soak first?

I always rinse the clothes first. I have a bucket in my trough with water and Napisan and soak over night.
I always add to wash too on a pre soak cycle and wash in hot.
    Gets it out no problems.

Rise the poop from the clothes under the tap.
Then leave to soak in a bucket of napisan & water overnight.
Then just tip the bucket full into your next load of washing & wash as normal.
