    Private OB here, and I'm high risk also. I had a big gap of no appts between 12w and 20w scan too. There's kinda no point for an appt in that interim stage, unless something is wrong. After that I was every 4w until 30 then every 2w and now weekly (I'm 37w).

    You do need your results from harmony/12w scan though.

    My 16w scan they just check BP and have a quick scan to make sure bub is ok in there.
