Well I was just surprised. My mummy couldn't give a crappie pie was a massive hit. It will now be added to the menu on a semi regular basis. The best thing is its super cheap.

    Day from hell here.

Am completely drained and lying on the couch.

Quickly reheated something from the freezer for my youngest to eat for dinner and am trying to work up the energy to throw something together for the rest of us.

I've been working today but it was a good day. Kids are in a good mood - however miss 1yo is in an adventurous mood and jumping head first off the couch 😮
Easy dinner tonight - leftovers but they were even better today.
Rest tonight hopefully - plan is heater on, tv on, slippers on 😊

    Evening ladies.

*sigh* I've just been watching Brax. Now he's gone :-(

I worked today then did groceries and fuel after school pick up. I've just finished a blog entry and now I'm about to threaten DS1 with all sorts of things if he doesn't get in the shower.

It just a layer bacon and egg pie.

Grab a baking dish and line with..
Bread buttered, crust cut off and sprinkled with garlic powder (I am sure fresh would be better. Buttered Face down
than a few chopped cheese slices than bacon (I used short cut) than eggs left whole. Sprinkle with grated cheese.

The amounts will vary on your family and your sized dish. I used 16 eggs 300 grams of bacon, 1/2 a day old loaf of bread, 3 cheese slices and a handful or 2 of grated cheese . That was for 2 adults 1 boy teen that's a bottomless pit. 2 teen girls that enjoy eating and 2 kids.

    Baked til firmish.

Simple and prepared in 3 mins and I have no idea how long it took to cook. I wasn't paying much attention.

I had a meeting at work, and an afternoon of attempting to head off full on 3-tear-old meltdowns. Firstwork shift in over a year tomorrow...I'm going to be exhausted!
