    Anyway, this seriously shouldn't even rate on the feeling stupid and embarrassed scale! Ladies can do it pretty subtly too so I wouldn't worry

    My DH did this once. NEVER AGAIN. He went back to sleep whereas I was awake for hours. I'm like a toddler with sleep if I wake up no matter how short the nap I feel like I've had enough.

    I was so annoyed.
