My advice with a gym is to decide what exactly your goal is with using the gym.
That way you can stick to the plan to get to that goal.
I found when I lacked direction I got distracted and lost interest very quickly.
Then when I actually had a plan ie. Monday weight session Tuesday pump class Wednesday rest Thursday weight session etc
I found if I stuck to that, I became motivated and actually looked forward to going because I knew what I had to do.
