    @Mongol @skeeter wow, how do you remember all those supplements! I'm on coq10, elevit and melatonin plus the ivf meds and I'm always staring at the chart on my fridge trying to work out what I've forgotten to take.
    @AmyEL good luck!

    @skeeter I will also increase my coq10 as I've read here recently that people normally take 300-600mg per day. I also take calcium and vitamin d (caltrate) for the same reason as I know I don't get enough of these from my diet. But I've never had to take vit D or iron injections.

    It's not easy for me to remember. I sometimes forget to take one of them (usually Royal jelly for some reason). Also I take half of them in the morning and the other half at night with meals. Having a chart on your fridge is a great idea btw

    @Mongol I had a gastric sleeve so I eat very small amounts. So they find it easiest to top me up that way every couple of years. But since IVF the iron has been dropping much quicker. I was thinking of stopping the caltrate but will check with my doctor - i had all those spots on my nails but they are gone now.

    Pills wise I split them into 16 in the morning and 6 at night, with powders and disolvables through the day. When on a cycle I add needles, steroids and sprays. What a life, hey?

    Oh, I took 2x 150mg COQ10 in the morning and 2 at night. I read they are better absorbed with fat so I took a fish oil tablet with them...

    Thanks @pingc383 @reecey5 @Ever1013 trying to take it easy at the moment (not that easy when DD has gastro!)

    Pingc383, not sure if I'll be able to POAS with doing ovidrel boosters... I did one on 13, 16 (today) and have to on 19 & 22.... My final test is 27th so I think if I test I'll get a false positive from ovidrel... Spewing cause I will find it really hard to resist!!!!
