@AmyEL I've always been on progesterone pessaries. However I believe some clinics use the Ovidrel as its hcg, to trick your body into thinking you are pregnant so the corpus luteum makes lots of progesterone from that. Then once your natural levels of hcg rise from pregnancy you don't need it anymore. I've seen some ladies have no luteal support at all with FET and get pregnant.

I'm doing HRT FET so because I won't ovulate I'll need support with progesterone until 12 weeks if I get pregnant, as there won't be a corpus luteum.

Day 3 results are in, we have 1x8 cell, 1x6 cell, and 1x5cell. Out of the two that were questionable, one has progressed to a 4 cell, and the other is 2 cells. I'm pretty happy with that!

@Flower78 & @littlesunflowers thanks for the info, I've done a bit of googling & can see its used was 'support'... I have a blood test scheduled for the day after transfer so if my progesterone is low I'm sure they'll add something... On my normal cycle AF is due on 21st September so I'm just worried it will sneak thru (less than a week after transfer) but since the stims went so long I'm so out of wack & final blood test is due 28th September, I'm going to be in serious AF watch every time I wipe that second week!!

Hi team, good to see so many people at so many different stages. Welcome to the newbiesand good luck with your journeys, may they be short and fruitful.
AFM I am hoping to do an FET this month after a cancelled cycle last month. I am currently CD 8, I am on Clomid, viagra and vitamin E, to try and make my body do what it should (never an issue prior to last cycle...) I am also on prednisolone to stave off the NK cells. First bloods tomorrow and started acupuncture on Friday. Fingers crossed all goes to plan.xx

Morning ladies, so great to see new "faces" here
@AmyEL that's great you've finally been able to stop the injections. All the best for your transfer this week!
@littlesunflowers wow 5th for the year is alot! Fingers crossed this next one will be your last! Hope your scan goes well today
@jess8383 your embies have been doing great. All the best for a snuggly little bean going back in tomorrow.
@Juliannicholson best of luck for your bloods today too!

AFM my bloods yesterday confirmed my BFN I'm pretty disappointed but have had a couple of days to get my head around it - a wine last night helped LOL

We now are down to our last 2 embies, and DH and I have discussed having them both put back in together this next cycle. I have an appointment with my doc next week to discuss with him. So all my meds have been stopped and I expect AF in the next few days, so will most likely be another late Sept or very early Oct transfer

Having my ultrasound this morning and waiting in my warm car for the doors to open. Luckily they put the list out a few minutes early so we weren't all waiting in the freezing wind. It's these parts of IVF others would never know!!
