Hi Ladies I'm not cycling (am 28w6d pregnant) but saw you were mentioning diet that could help with a successful cycle. I was doing the 8 week I Quit Sugar program right before I had my successful IVF cycle. I only got a few eggs as I have a low AMH but I did manage to get the one good one that stuck. I have only had one transfer so can't say for sure it was the low sugar that helped but if you are looking to change up your diet a bit and try something new for a cycle then I would definitely recommend it. Good luck xx

I had my little girl with FET #3 and apart from the normal vitamins the only different thing I took was ubiquinol for a couple of months beforehand. I took a weeks holiday overseas beforehand and felt completely stress free and relaxed. I really think being relaxed is the key. If you're relaxed so is your uterus making it a more welcoming environment for implantation. I didn't do acupuncture this time beforehand but when she stuck I went to a fertility acupuncturist once a week for the first trimester to help maintain blood flow to the uterus and help me relax.
I have one frozen embryo left and am looking at transfer end July/August.

Hi, how is everyone going. I'm heading for a end July/August cycle, and I've realised that it's not actually that far away!

I dont feel nervous, but I feel unsure about the journey. We never know what the results will be!
IVF seems not so much painful, but many needles and some side effects.

Any tips for a first timer? I'm going through Geneva.

Hi, my period seems to play a little bit since the last IVF. Still plan to go ahead in Aug or Sept. Feels a little bit stressful right now (.
I keep taking vitamins, yoga, exercise; at the same time some acohol and 2 cups of coffee per day

    Hello!
We will be doing our next FET in Sept for no#2 If having a baby is upsetting for some of you I understand and will find another thread (hearing others who had kids already really upset me first time round)
My DS was our first FET back in feb 14 after my first ICSI cycle resulted in a miscarriage. Im a huge fan of acupuncture and will definitely do it this time as well!
    Good luck all!

    Hi ladies,

I'm jumping on board of this thread.
I just had my first IVF ICSI cycle which resulted in a bfn. I have 1 embie on ice which I'm transferring ASAP.
I see my FS next week, the clinic nurse told me most likely need to have a month off (July) then have the FET in August.

    Wishing us all successful cycles!

    Hi ladies,
I may be a little early in joining as I am not due to start my first cycle until mid/late August. I am super excited and nervous about starting! I haven't shared the news with many of my friends yet but I'm hoping to find some cycle buddies here to share the journey with. Good luck to all!
