Thanks @ blossom74! I think I didn't mix/knead well and made too many so they were thin and crunchy not light and fluffy! Will attempt again this arvo! Hope you're going ok and not working too hard!

I'm just pretending this cycle never happened!

I'm very sorry to read this hon. It never gets any easier and I completely understand the way we 'detach' ourselves ahead of the bad news. I did the same with my last cycle and regretted doing it at all, but that being said if I'd not given it the last shot I'd always be left wondering "What if?"

Sending big hugs your way, and I'm so bl00dy happy that your DH is seeing sense and considering overseas donor options. To get him on your side, fighting for you rather than against, is half the battle.

You're welcome love! Oh, and when it comes time to cutting the scones, I don't roll the dough with a rolling pin, I just pat it out gently by hand to a good inch thick.

Big hugs to you lovely I am going to cross everything for you and hope for the best. You just never know sometimes. I've heard of women with low HCG levels, only to have them take off all of a sudden and 8 months later have a healthy little baby. Me, I had HCG of 45,000 at 8 weeks and lost my bub. You just have to hold out hope. HCG isn't always what it's cracked up to be

We are all here for you no matter what the outcome

@Lastchance75 I'm normally pretty pessimistic when the levels are low but you aren't too far off at all really. I think you are still in for a bloody good chance.
@Billie2 I used luveris a couple of times and it really helped my cycles, I always used some kind of equivalent to it after my first cycle I think. It's LH isn't it? *casts mind back over 14 stim cycles*

I really want some scones now. It's been a bit quiet on here ay? I'm still following.
@MissDa I'm really sorry about your last cycle that was really harsh.

Not looking forward to 3 injections a night, and 2/3 are the ones you have to mix. Puregon is heaven compared to that. Has anyone used Luveris? And Im scared 350 Puregon might have the opposite effect and produce less eggs. Im taking the attitude of que sera sera. And its a double transfer due to poor responder never had a frosty.
@Lastchance75 Im sorry you are going through this. Babymaking isnt as fun as we once heard many moons ago. Its heartbreaking..

    No worries Luv!!

Good news about DH's latest SA results!! One more thing to tick off the list.

I've never used Luveris...didn't need to as my LH levels were ok but Wazza will add it into his protocols in the hope of improving egg quality for his Ladies if their LH levels are lacking or he thinks they might need a smidge of it in their with whatever other stim drugs he's got them on

He'll also add in HGH (Saizen) for egg quality too but leaves it up to you if you want to give it a try as it's frucking expensive (plus it has mixed results from what I've read and experienced) though I do know some PHI's will give some $ back.

Anyhoo...gone right off track there. Can you not split your doses and do maybe the Puregon in the morning and the rest at night?? I used to split my doses and do half in the morning and half at night (as per Wazza's protocol...he believes doing it that way produces more uniform and even follicle growth).

and prayers being sent for you Luv!!!

    500 grams Self Raising Flour
    110 grams margarine (not butter)
    50 grams caster sugar
    300 mls milk

    Method

    Preheat oven to 240 dgrees.
Put flour and sugar into a bowl
Rub margarine into the flour/sugar mix with your fingers (it doesn't need to look like fine breadcrumbs, but rub it in reasonably well.)
Dig a well in the centre and pour in all the milk.
Using a spatula or knife blade, gently draw the flour towards the centre of the bowl, into the milk.
Avoid stirring vigorously, you need it to come together only so there are no visible puddles of milk in the bowl. Go very gently and slowly.
Tip out scone mix onto a well floured bench top. Using your hands, press it together into a ball and give it a very gentle knead - maybe ten or so kneads until it comes together and looks well combined. Remember, you're not making bread - no vigorous kneading is required!
Cut into 12 scones and place them close together - almost touching, on a greased and floured baking sheet.
    Brush with milk.
Bake at 240 degrees for approximately 13-15 minutes, until golden on top.
To test, pick up a scone and knock on the bottom - it should sound hollow.

    Serve with jam and cream
